Apex Home & Lawn provides lawn care, landscaping, and related services in Pennsylvania. Service descriptions, pricing, and schedules are outlined in your service agreement or quote.

Quotes and Payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due as specified in your agreement (e.g., upon completion, weekly, or monthly).
We accept payment by cash, check, or approved electronic methods.

Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for scheduled services. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible gates, locks, or obstacles.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in service termination.

Weather and Acts of Nature

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Affected services will be rescheduled when conditions permit.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from our services.
